My name is Richard Burghgraef.

I am the founder and president of Randolph Sterling, a sales outsourcing and consulting firm which provides sales management, outsourced sales support and sales peer advisory groups to emerging growth service, distribution, and manufacturing companies.

I have over 17 years experience as a sales account executive, sales manager, sales consultant, operations director and employment services professional, working with individuals as well as small, mid-sized and large businesses. 

I am a graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and the author of Closing the Deal: Hot Sales Strategies that Make Money.

In my free time, I enjoy helping my local community and watching baseball.
